Sorry for the delay between posts. I should try to be more regular from now. Here is my entry for this Weekly Photo Challenge. The first picture is from my last holidays in Portugal. From the top of a cliff. I like the sea texture. The tiny boat gives scale to the thing. The second one was taken from my window, in the place where I was living until a month ago. Possibly, I was preparing another blog post, like I am doing now. Does a double rainbow mean double treasure? And the third one is a rowing team practising in the river Cam, in Cambridge. That picture came that way, without any crop. Not sure about the composition, but I like it. Also, I took it one of my first days here In Cambridge, when everything seemed to me new and interesting. Here is my picture for this weekly photo challenge. It’s not the first time I post some old door pictures here. There is something about them that makes you wonder: When was the last time it was opened? This one is in Anglesey Abbey gardens, an old house close to Cambridge. It belongs to the National Trust so it is a quite popular place to visit. The road to the place can even get traffic jams sometimes. It is not the first time I take some pictures there. We quite enjoy visiting this place from time to time, myself always with a camera.

PS. This blog is one year old! Thanks to all my followers and visitors! 🙂

My entry for this week photo challenge.

Cold outside, warm inside. Taken a few years ago, in a coffee in Cambridge. It was freezing outside. The frost in the window is the proof. Also the snow in the cars and the road. I tried several processes with this one, and this high contrast black and white was the one I most liked. Just the silhouettes.
