The prints shop is powered by WooCommerce. I accept major credit cards and Paypal for payments. You can create an account subscribing with your email to keep track of your orders, billing and delivery addresses and payment methods, shopping cart and checkout.
My refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your print must be kept in the original packaging and its “as new” condition. Please email me so we can arrange a delivery (at your cost), and I will order a refund that will arrive to you in a few days.
In case of a defective print please send your print back to me. Please email me so we can arrange a delivery (at your cost). I will inspect the print, and if it is indeed defective I will send a new one for free. Also at this point you can ask for a refund (during the 14 days from the receipt of your purchase).
